Refund Eligibility: If your item is damaged or defective upon arrival, or if it does not match the description on the website, you are eligible for a full refund or exchange. Please provide photos of the issue within 7 days of receiving the product.

Refund Process: Refunds are processed to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. You’ll be notified once your refund is approved.

Order Processing: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-5 business days. Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.
Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email confirmation. When your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your package.
While we do our best to ensure your package arrives on time, sometimes delays can occur due to factors outside of our control (e.g., weather conditions, postal delays, or customs). We appreciate your patience in these instances and encourage you to contact us if you have any concerns regarding the status of your order.
If your package is damaged or lost in transit, please contact us immediately at kdenz.studio@gmail.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue, either by sending a replacement item or offering a refund.
